Bantwal, July 21: Aditya (21), son of Ganesh Bhat, a farmer couple and a resident of Soorikumer, near Kalladka who had secured ninth rank in Mangaluru university B Com examination last year despite being afflicted with muscular dystrophy passed away in a private hospital in Puttur on Thursday, July 21.
He had secured 93.8% marks in the university examination. He depended on others for his day-to-day activities due to his illness but was an example to others in studies.
He had completed his primary school education at Mani Balavikas school and his PUC at Sri Rama Vidyakendra, Kalladka and had secured 100 marks each in accountancy during all the six semesters of B Com. He was excellent in studies since his childhood. He had secured 96.4% marks in the SSLC exams and 96% marks in the PUC exams.
Aditya had gone yesterday to answer the Karnataka Bank examination. But he returned home due to breathing problems and was admitted to a hospital. He passed away without responding to treatment on Thursday, July 21.
