Very good move. Plastic carry bags has to be stopped. Please make following customer friendly arrangements. Stop manufacturing plastic carry bags. Provide alternatives to cusomers like paper bags like More supermarket. Also availability of cloth bags to purchase from any shops as More and spar charge heavy price for bags...

1.Only DISPOSAL of plastic causes pollution. 2.Production of plastic does not  pollute neither does use of plastic. Petroleum products can be produced from used plastic . Quantafuel a Norway based company does this on a large scale, why not  we do it here. This petrol/diesel produced from  this is sold at half the rate of the regular fuel.A small incentive of Rs 1-2 per kg can help in collecting used plastic. Rag  pickers can be paid for this by the authorities. As far as ban on "single use" plastic is concerned,  what about injection syringes, how will patients be given injections.

Correct! Recycle it tight? Also, Correct Disposal of plastic bags or plastic waste collection on particular day to be mandated instead of total ban, as specially for Fish paper bag or cloth bags won't help in our coastal areas.
