When I came across deportation, I though the criminal may be from another country. May be he is banished or debarred (gadipar) from entering the native place or district without Police clearance. Otherwise jailed in Andaman Nicobar Islands !

Why deportation ?There also he can continue his crimes .First of all where is this place of deportation.?Within India ?He should have been first arrested and jailed here itself ,then deported .
