Mangaluru: Annual Day celebration of Milagres College held with grandeur

Mangaluru, Jul 30: The Annual Day celebration of Milagres College was celebrated at the college roof top on Saturday July 30.

Film actor, director and writer Sandeep Malani said, “It is always good to see the talents emerging from Milagres College and a proud moment for me being an alumnus of this institution. I urge students to remain focused all the time and take one step at a time.”

Correspondent of the college, Fr Bonaventure Nazareth also addressed the students.

Meanwhile, vice principal Cassin Rodrigues presented the college annual report. The rank holders and achievers in the academics were honoured.

The formal function was followed by a cultural event which was compered by Mohammed Shaheeb and Rishal Sanctis.

Student council president Florida Almeida, vice president Hemanth R Naik, cultural secretary Seema Noronha, Jerald Pinto, Bernard D’Souza, Allwyn Rosario, and principal of Milagres CBSE School Uday Fernandes were also present.

Principal of Milagres College Fr Michael Santhumayor welcomed the gathering, and convenor of the College Day Eva Manorama and Jostan Vincent D’Souza compered the event.

    Looking at the pictures remind me of the childhood days in Milagres school once upon a time.Childhood days cannot be forgotten .Those days were the best with full of fun and joy.Those days are gone forever.
