Shobha Karandlaje appeals to Amit Shah for expansion of NIA ambit in Bengaluru

Daijiworld Media Network - New Delhi

New Delhi, Aug 2: Union minister of state Shobha Karandalaje met union home minister Amit Shah to thank him for handing over the investigation of Praveen Nettaru murder case to NIA. It may be recalled that Karandlaje had written to Shah seeking exemplary punishments to the perpetrators.

Shobha Karandalaje, in her meeting with Amit Shah, apprised him of the radical activities taking place in the coastal regions of Karnataka bordering Kerala. She also told him how radical Islamist groups from Kerala had "transgressed into areas like Mangaluru to commit heinous crimes against Sangh and BJP workers in Karnataka."

Further, she appealed to Amit Shah to augment the NIA office in Bengaluru to keep a tab on the fundamentalist, preempt Islamic terror and fast-track investigations in Mangaluru. "Mangaluru, owing to its closeness to Kerala, is fast becoming a fertile ground for Islamists. Security agencies in the past have unravelled modules operating from Mangaluru. The augmentation of the NIA office in Bengaluru will help in nipping jihadis in the bud in Mangaluru," Shobha Karandlanje stated.

Why she didn't pull up the State Home Minister for all the mess that has been created and political murders in the state. What state police and intelligence was doing all this time when coastal districts were boiling.... since months. It's like jungle raj prevailing and now it's all publicity stunt to fool the voters and divert attention.

What ever it is , its a good career graph for Shobkakka. Tremendous growth . Individuals who joined the Grand old party in Udupi before Shobakka joining BJP are still 'sloganeers' or foot soldiers running errands. One of them could not digest this humiliation and jumped into BJP ship.

As an MP when you have an opportunity to reach out like this,as well seek for some projects to your constituency that will help generate employment. Sowing hatredness only results in trees of more hatredness. This is why right representation is important in the parliament,if not this is what happens.
