Media Release

Mangaluru, Aug 14: The dreams of young children with emotive waves of nationalism and patriotism as the country celebrates “Azadi Ka Mahotsav” were expressed in the various competitions held for them as part of this great celebration at Mount Carmel Central School here.

Their dream to express how much they love their country was clearly expressed by the students of grade I in paper craft using tricolour, grade II and III in patriotic songs, grade IV and V patriotic solo dance, grade VI and VII vegetable and fruit carving in tricolour, grade VIII collage giving glimpses of pre and post independent India, grade IX and X patriotic solo singing and grade XI and XII articulating India of our dreams in poetic form.

All this brought home the challenge in the minds of young children what they can do to revive core values of unity, justice, truth and eco system in our great country India.
