Civil Supplies, forest minister Umesh Katti dies of heart attack

Bengaluru, Sep 7 (IANS): Karnataka Food and Civil Supplies Minister Umesh Katti died of heart attack on Tuesday late night in Bengaluru.

According to family sources, 61-year-old Umesh Katti complained of chest pain and collapsed in the bathroom at his Dollars Colony residence at 10.30 p.m.

He was immediately shifted to the M.S. Ramaiah hospital. However, Umesh Katti succumbed to heart attack at the hospital.

Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai rushed to the hospital immediately after getting the information. Opposition leader Siddaramaiah, who was in Mysuru, has also left for Bengaluru.

The body would be taken to his native Tilakawadi in Belagavi on Wednesday morning. It would be kept for public view at his residence in Shivabasavanagar in Tilakawadi.

Umesh Katti was the senior most elected representative in Karnataka legislature. He entered politics in 1985 after the death of his father Vishwanath Katti.

Umesh Katti batted for separate north Karnataka state and also claimed that he would become Chief Minister of the new state stirring controversy. He worked as a minister in cabinets of B.S. Yediyurappa, D.V. Sadananda Gowda, Jagadish Shettar during the tenure of BJP government.

He represented Chikkodi assembly constituency for eight times. He represented Janata Party, Janata Dal, Janata Dal (U) and BJP.

Umesh Katti also contested election as a Congress party candidate in 2004.

    According to learned doctor from Bangalore who had warned about these since 2 years even before vaccines were produced as there are no "Safe & Effective vaccines" at the same time, if they are safe they aren't effective, if effective then they are not safe. Wonder why so many people complied without asking simple questions like why I should take them when they are in experimental stage, are there any solution to withdraw their toxic effects once they are ingested, what are the adverse effects of them which they found out during their trials, if there are compensatory provisions should they cause injuries or deaths etc. People do your own research before taking boosters & no regrets later will heal you. Same way never expose your kids to these toxic jabs as they are now not mandatory as per ruling of the Supreme Court & nobody can be discriminated on the basis of their vaccine status & no students can be barred from sitting for Board Exams. Most importantly no youngsters below 25 are at any risk from these seasonal cold & flu virus infections till today as per data available but are at more risk if they get jabbed.

    There have been numerous mysterious deaths after introduction of the vaccine in otherwise fit youngsters die to sudden blood clots getting lodged in the heart or brain; this can definitely not be a coincidence, but points towards the jab ADR! Recently one 40 year old fitness freak who had a complete medical check up just 10 days ago suddenly collapsed and died due to a cardiac arrest!

    I agree with both you sirs....But, i found out many are suffering from nerve problems/nerve weekness/numbness/senseless etc....In my known circle, two of them even did surgery due to blood clots in nerves few months before. Those who had very good immune system, before vaccination are getting prone to more cold and fever as weather keeps changing. Many who were working in panchayats or holding jobs in health dept. not taken the jabs but got the vaccine certificatation done which govt made compulsory. Many went abroad and came. I dont understand why govt did this way ? It has distributed many free vaccines as well as paid ones. I paid both the times and after that no resistance power at all. I was very sick for three months after the vaccination....vaccine fever i had and with a gap of two days again i got fever with all unwanted symptoms....

    Cynthia, my healthy father in law got a major occlusive stroke 15 days after taking the second jab and was in coma for 8 months before he expired; my wife too developed a sudden blood clot in the heart and was rushed to the hospital and clot was dissolved with medication; now she frequently gets sudden bouts of high BP and tachycardia for which she is on a strict regimen of medicines including blood thinners; before the jab she was fit and healthy!! I was dead against this killer vaccine and have not taken a single dose, even my son!!
