Symphorosa D’Cunha (86), retd. Headmistress, Infant Jesus Hr Pry School, Modankap, wife of the late Aloysius D’Souza, mother of Vincent & F J Mabel, passed away on Friday, March 23, 2012.

Funeral cortege leaves residence at 3.15 pm on Sunday, March 25 for Infant Jesus Church, Modankap. Mass at 4.00 pm.

Dear Mabel and Vincent,
I just read about the death of your mum. I am so sorry and I want you to know that I am thinking of you and what you must be going through right now. I can only imagine how difficult this must be for you, My heartfelt condolences. May she come to enjoy eternal blessings in the company of the angels.
As an English teacher and Headmistress of the Infant Jesus' Higher Primary School she toiled hard and made us feel proud of our school. She will be remembered always in our hearts.
Both of you gave your mum the best care possible in her difficult times. God bless you in plenty. RIP.

Dear Vincent & F J Mabel, hearty condolences as you lost your dear most MOM Mrs Symphrosa. She was a wonderful teacher (GURU), loving mother and true Christian. When, I went to give her the extreme unction, she was praying with me, so nicely. She was longing and waiting every morning to receive the holy communion, even at the last moment of her lfe.
