Vikram Oberoi Revokes All Pledged Shares in EIH


New Delhi, May 25 (PTI) Hospitality chain EIH Ltd that operates Oberoi and Trident hotels and resorts across India today said the company's Chief Operating Officer and Joint Managing Director Vikram Singh Oberoi has revoked 9.5 lakh equity shares held by him in the company.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company informed that Vikram Oberoi has revoked 9.5 lakh shares on May 16. Following the revocation, Vikram Oberoi does not have any shares pledged.

Vikram Oberoi, son of EIH Chairman PRS Oberoi, holds over 51 lakh shares in the company.

EIH Ltd'S scrips were trading at Rs 80.30 per share in the afternoon trade, down 2.19 per cent compared to the previous close.
