Saba Anjum to Lead India in Champions Challenge Hockey


New Delhi, June 2 (IANS) Saba Anjum will lead the Indian team for the FIH Champions Challenge-I tournament June 18-26 in Dublin, Ireland.

India have been drawn in Pool B with Spain, Azerbaijan and hosts Ireland. Japan, South Africa, the United States and Scotland comprise Pool A.

The Indian team qualified for this tournament after winning the FIH Champions Challenge-II at Kazan, Russia, in 2009.

India will begin their campaign against Irelend June 18.
