Bantwal, Jan 20: "The BJP's “Vijaya Sankalpa" campaign will be held at 59 Shakti centres of the party in Bantwal from January 21 to 29,” said BJP block president Devappa Poojary.
Speaking at a news conference held at Neerapade on Friday, January 20, he said that preparations for the campaign have already been held. BJP is aiming to win in the constituency by holding Shaktikendra meetings. Our activists in 249 booths will convey the achievements of our government to individual households. The campaign will be held in 59 Shakti Kendras, he said.
“MLA Rajesh Naik will set in motion the campaign. The party aims to recruit 50,000 people as BJP workers,” he said.
MLA Rajesh Naik, former MLA A Rukmaya Poojary, Padmanabha Kothary, campaign convener Sudarshan Baja, co-convener Ramanath Rai, Yashodhara Karbettu, Vajranatha Kalladka, block chief secretary Dombaya Arala, Ravish Shetty Karkala, Buda president Devadasa Shetty, Sulochana G K Bhat, Madhava Mave and Chennappa Kotian were present.
