Teachers must dedicate themselves to the betterment of the students. If you can not justice, quit and find other job. I know it is a tedious job if you want to make it in a better way. I remember being a lecturer for some time and the time I spent for one lecture (minimum 4 hours). During the college time never opened book everyday. But after I had to teach to the student's I prepared very well and it has helped me a lot in my personal knowledge development also after I left teaching for better prospects.
