Very much difficult to believe it occurred in a high end private hospital; but the explanation that the accused took her alone to the scanning room unaccompanied by a female nurse or attendent and the patient undressing herself on instructions of the accused is unbelievable! Moreover, only in very emergent cases are scans removed at unearthly hours! Somehow the story is indigestible to me; there appears to be some twist in the story! If it's true then God save us....

Daal me kuch kaala hai. I think the patients party is very angry with the advance bill given by the hospital and trying to defame the hospitals name. the common points should be noted that. this hospital having CT scan machines means it also have the facility of CC camera. and where is the care taker of the patient. without doctors permission did they allow elderly patient with anyone... dont blindly believe anyone without proper investigation.

Whenever a woman is being subjected to such tests a female nurse must be present... Also CT scan may not necessitate removal of all clothes in most cases and the woman may not have thought about it as she is already tensed about her sickness/condition... Even in girls hostels women must be heads and most staff must be women... We can not believe some news until they are thrown in front of our eyes like arrows....

In large private hospitals, no technician can call a person for CT scan without the prescription of a doctor. The patient will be told to remove any clothing, jewellery, or other objects that may interfere with the scan. If the patient is asked to remove clothing, he/she will be given a gown to wear or usual hospital dress. Sometimes, depending upon the schedule of the machine, the patient's time may come even in midnight. Depending upon the part of the body for scanning, the technician has to touch the body and adjust the body for clear scanning, Same thing in Pet scan and radiation machine. However, telling to be naked and purposely touching the private part is not the need. Also, torturing her to have sex is definitely a crime and he will be dealt accordingly by law.

It’s a sad moment for any nation to allow such things repeatedly happen. This is a serious matter where such abuser should be punished for such behaviour on women specifically when someone goes to hospital for treatment they’re also not spared. What culture is this? Easy to say one nation one family one world all fekuism has to be stopped for once and for all. Too much power and arrogance on these idiots to abuse someone mothers, sisters, grandmothers and children. Shame on you people

You are perfectly right Mr. Alwyn. This is the behavior of one individual and does not represent the nation. The culprit needs to be punished. This is not happening with all patients. As long as a section of the population blindly oppose and criticize each and every decision taken by the ruling party , this may the result.

Anand I respect your opinion. Look at what happened in Manipur? Open rapes and violence on women with multiple peoples involved publicly. One human is also too much to distory peaceful society or nation. When anyone openely endorses such behaviour should not be tolerated at any cost without religious biases

Alwyn Where were you when gang rape happened in Rajasthan ?or killing in Kerala ? Why you bring religion in this case .First you read news about Chattusgad and what about killing of Sadhus during MVA rule in maharastra? Ppl like you want to connect every incident to the C Govt. Actually the Law and Order is State Subject so it is khangress govt in our state is responsible
