Blackpink's Jisoo, Ahn-Bo-Hyun amicably part ways after 3 months of dating

New Delhi, Oct 24 (IANS): Popular K-drama actor Ahn-Bo-Hyun, who is best known for the serials ‘My Name’ and ‘Itaewon Class’, has now broken up with girl group Blackpink singer Jisoo after three months of dating. They parted ways amicably and they have now returned to being colleagues.

The news of their breakup was confirmed by Blackpink’s music label YG Entertainment in an official statement.

Thestatement, accessed by JTBC Entertainment News, read: “It is true that Jisoo and Ahn-Bo-Hyun broke up.”

The breakup was due to professional reasons which often leads to breakup of couples in the entertainment industry. As schedules for both K-drama and K-pop singers are extremely hectic, it makes it difficult to maintain a proper relationship, leading to a drift between couples who are forced to prioritise their professional schedules.

Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun announced their romance back in August, as both YG Entertainment and Ahn Bo Hyun's agency FN Entertainment, confirmed the news.

The couple had said that as they were getting to know each other in a realm beyond just the professional they would like their fans to support them. Needless to say, it was a resounding yes from the fans who fully supported the couple’s romance and cheered them on.

While the fans and agencies were supportive, their work schedules were not, leading them to amicably part ways. Ahn-Bo-Hyun is currently scheduled to star in his upcoming feature ‘Golden Spoon’ in 2024, while Jisoo is working on advancing her solo career.
