Kundapur, Oct 3: The parishioners of St Francis of Assisi Church Tallur celebrated parish day on Sunday October 2.
The celebration began with the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. Fr George Santhumayor OCD was the main celebrant and the parish priest Fr Sunil Veigas was the con-celebrant of the Mass.
All the parishioners together prepared the parish day feast lunch both on the eve and in the early morning of the parish day. After the Eucharistic celebration the ten wards of the parish presented a cultural programme.
After the cultural program the parishioners took part in the fellowship meal that was prepared by them.
The whole programme was organized under the direction of Fr Sunil Veigas.
Anil D’Silva and Jyothi Glen Menonca were the anchors. Arun Mendonca the vice president of parish parishad proposed the vote of thanks. Stany D’Silva, the secretary was present.
