Abu Dhabi, Oct 3: Emirates Paradela Foundation UAE's much admired organization, consisting of talented group of youngsters elected veteran Bennette D'Mello as their new president during the General Body Meeting held at Umm Al Qwain on Friday September 30.
This is Bennette's second term as president of Emirates Paradela Foundation. Bennette, a multi talented personality with his unmatched talents as a great organizer, dancer, singer and an artist - on the whole is an all-rounder. He has proved his organizational capabilities through the years and with his pleasing personality is sure to take the resourceful organization to new heights.

During the same occasion vivacious and talented Grace Noronha was elected as secretary and another veteran Gerald D'Mello, who needs no introduction in UAE'S social circle, as he has been the pillar of Emirates Paradela and also is the current president of KCO - Abu Dhabi's premier organization, was elected as the treasurer. The outgoing president Harold Lobo, thanked all the members for their excellent support and appealed to render the same support to the new Office bearers to carry out their tasks in providing humanitarian assistance to the poor and needy.

Emirates Paradela , apart from providing quality entertainment have their deeply rooted objectives and noble causes covering financial support to education and social benefits for the needy, with the support of well wishers and kind hearted sponsors, which has encouraged them to continue their selfless commitment towards social work in helping the less fortunate in the society, irrespective of caste and creed.
Over the years Emirates Paradela, have established a Trust named ”Emirates Paradela Foundation” , through which it has developed a growth fund by means of entertainment, open days, family gatherings, committed sponsors and internal contributions from the members. The financial support to the needy has been growing over the years exceeding the return on investments.
Emirates Paradela Foundation has been working with the following core objectives:
1. To provide Educational Scholarships for needy students
2. To provide Medical aid via financial support to persons who are incapacitated
3. To support Social causes and cultural attachments.
In 2011 alone, Emirates Paradela distributed approximately Rs. 6,20,000 towards their various causes, among which 5,23,000 were distributed towards educational scholarships for needy students and Rs.96,000/- to various charitable institutions and individuals including the Seon Ashram, Cheshire Home, Ashraya etc.
Emirates Paradela are grateful for the support of the benevolent donors and the encouragement received from general public to achieve and support their noble goals.
