'Vozram Motiam' Released in Panaji, Goa

Panaji, Jan 1: ‘Vozram Motiam’ an album of Konkani songs produced by Mandd Sobhann, Mangalore was released in Goa on Saturday December 31 at the hands of Tomazinho Cardozo, president of Tiatr Academy Goa (TAG) in the presence of Jose Salvador Fernandes, secretary, Dalgado Konknni Akademi and Victor de Sa, member secretary, TAG at the conference hall of Tiatr Academy Goa, Campal Trade Centre, Campal, Panaji.

‘Vozram Motiam’ was released at 70 different places in India and abroad, thus setting a new record in Konkani music.

Speaking on the occasion, Tomazinho Cardozo congratulated Eric Ozario, Gurkar of Mandd Sobhann, Mangalore and his team for taking such an initiative of producing a mega album with rich music and lyrics and beautiful singing by the singers.

Eric Ozario has rendered two songs in the album while the other singers are Robin Sequeira, Prakash D’Souza, Joyce Ozario, Butto, Cajetan Dias, Lavita Lobo, Adolf Jayatilak, Dr. Rashmi and Dylan Caldeira.

The lyrics are penned by numerous lyricists namely Amar Chafra, Georgey Peent Aikol, Deena Pereira, Walter Dantis, Jossy Pinto Kinnigoli, Rajay Pawar, Yeshwanth D S, Fred Kumar and this year's Sahitya Akademi Award winning poet Melvyn Rodrigues. The music for all the songs is composed by Eric Ozario while the musical arrangement is done by Cajetan Dias.
