Mangaluru, Feb 28: The placement and career guidance cell of St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, successfully organised a campus placement drive on February 15 and 28. The event was aimed at providing students with promising career opportunities and exposure to reputed organisations. A total of 92 students registered for the drive.

A number of esteemed companies participated in the drive, including Goan Institute of Technology, Cogent, Saisree Enterprises, Fiscal Solutions, Sierra Learning and Young India. Representatives from these organisations visited the campus and conducted interviews for various roles. Additionally, Elenor Technologies and Kanchan Automative conducted interviews through virtual mode, ensuring wider reach and accessibility for students.

The placement drive commenced with a pre-placement talk by company representatives, providing insights into their organizations, work culture, job roles, and expectations. This was followed by multiple rounds of interviews.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who engaged actively in the recruitment process. The placement drive at St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, marked a significant step towards bridging the gap between academia and industry, providing students with valuable career opportunities and professional growth.
