Mumbai (RBI), Mar 13: The Consul general of the People’s Republic of China in Mumbai Kong Xianhua made a farewell call on Maharashtra governor C P Radhakrishnan at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai.

Deputy Consul Wang Awei and Vice Consul Xiong Fangxing were also present.
