Mangaluru, Mar 20: Yenepoya Dental College Hospital Deralakatte has been selected for the prestigious ‘International Best Dental Institute Award’ by the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Section At -Large, Asia Region.
This award was recognized for the Institution's outstanding contribution to dental education, research, community services, setting a benchmark for excellence in the field of dentistry.
Dr Laxmikanth Chatra, principal, Yenepoya Dental College was awarded to ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ and Dr Sham S Bhat, dean, faculty of dentistry was awarded to ‘Outstanding Dental Educator Award'.
Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) has shown immense pride and congratulated them for the award. The award will be received on April 6 at the venue of Radisson Hotel, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
