Kanpur, Nov 8: A 21-year-old NEET aspirant, identified as Mohammad Aan from Rampur, tragically died by suicide at a hostel in Kanpur’s Rawatpur area on Friday, just four days after he moved in to prepare for the medical entrance examination.

According to officials, Aan’s roommate, Imdad Hasan, had gone for Friday prayers and asked him to join, but Aan declined. When Imdad returned, he found the room locked from inside and received no response despite repeated calls. He immediately alerted the police.

Upon breaking open the door, police found Aan hanging from a ceiling fan. A suicide note recovered from the scene read, “Mom and Dad, please forgive me. I am very stressed. I will not be able to fulfill your dreams. I am taking my own life. I am responsible for this.”

Authorities have sent the body for post-mortem, and the family has been informed. Police said a detailed investigation is underway.

Very very sad.His death note is telling everything.Parents are hoping their child learn Medicine or Engineers. One thing all must learn. All cant be medicos or Engineers. There are other professions ,interests:Parents should understand this and respect them .Students too must explain to parents about it.Not simply take their life.It doesnt help.Heartfelt sympathies to family.May is soul rest in peace.
