Belgaum, Mar 12 (DHNS): A woman, allegedly hurt by the tantrums thrown by her husband and in-laws, has ended her life by jumping into a well along with her three sons at Yarmal village in the taluk.
According to police, Bangaravva Patil (37) was missing along with her sons Parashuram (7), Madhu (5) and Naveen (3) since Saturday and the bodies of all the four were found in a well in the village on Sunday.
Bangaravva was allegedly chided by her husband and in-laws for keeping the lights on late into the night while applying ointment on her son’s leg who had sustained injuries during the Holi celebrations.
Rural police have registered a case.
