Aarambh Garba 4.0 raises funds for patients battling cancer, critical illnesses

Ahmedabad, Oct 10: HCG Foundation hosted Aarambh Garba 4.0 at Sola Bhagwat Vidyapith on Thursday, bringing together festive celebrations and a fundraising initiative to support financially distressed patients undergoing cancer treatment, cardiac care and treatment for critical illnesses.

All proceeds from the event will be directed towards patient support, helping individuals and families struggling to meet the cost of medical treatment.

Speaking about the initiative, Dr Bharat Gadhavi, Regional Director of HCG Hospitals, said that treatment for cancer, heart disease and other critical illnesses often places a significant financial burden on families already dealing with difficult circumstances.

“Treatment for cancer, heart disease and critical illness is a long journey, and for many families the financial burden can feel as heavy as the illness itself. HCG Foundation has stood beside more than 2,500 patients so far, and Aarambh is our way of inviting the community to be part of that journey. When people come together to celebrate with a purpose, it can mean the difference between a patient continuing treatment or giving up,” he said.

Popular singer Hardik Dave led the evening’s performances, adding to the festive atmosphere while supporting the charitable cause.

HCG Foundation said the event highlighted the importance of community participation in improving access to healthcare and extending financial assistance to patients who may otherwise struggle to continue treatment.
