Nablus, Aug 31: Israeli military vehicles and personnel were deployed across Nablus city in the occupied West Bank on Monday as Israeli forces carried out a raid in the city.

Footage from the operation showed Israeli military vehicles and troops positioned across different parts of Nablus. According to Israeli media reports, two Palestinians were killed and another was detained during the operation.

Details about the identities of those killed and the circumstances leading to their deaths were not immediately available.

The latest raid comes amid continuing Israeli military operations, arrests and clashes across the occupied West Bank. Nablus and surrounding areas have witnessed repeated military raids in recent weeks, while tensions have also risen following attacks involving Israeli settlers and Palestinians.

Earlier this month, Israeli forces also carried out operations in and around Nablus, including a raid in which a Palestinian teenager was killed, according to reports.

The latest developments add to the growing tensions in the occupied West Bank, where Israeli military raids and settler attacks have continued alongside heightened security operations.
