Mangalore: Seeliya Simith Wins All India Skating Championship

Mangalore, May 31: Seeliya Simith Mangalore, who represented the state, bagged three gold medals and an individual prize in the All India Skating Competition which was held recently in Ahmedabad. 

Omkar Yograj bagged two gold medals; Avani Kumar bagged one bronze medal. All are members of Mangalore Roller Skating Club.

They are trained by Mahesh Kumar, Judge of Roller Skating Federation and joint secretary of present Karnataka Roller Skating Organisation.

More than 400 skaters took part from various parts of the state.

The event was organized by Gujarat state.

Cili Summit is a student of Lourdes Central School. Omkar Yograj is a student of Mount Carmel School. Avani S Kumar is a student of St Theresa School.
