Mangalore, Jun 2: As per the complaint, a case is registered against Rajesh (23) in women's police station for allegedly harassing a lady Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI), here in the city on Friday, June 1.
According to the police, Rajesh is a constable working as a driver in the district armed reserve police. He has been accused by the lady for sexual harassment.
The lady ASI filed a complaint to the district superintendent of police, Abhishek Goyal and according to his guidance she registered a case in the women’s police station, Pandeshwar.
It is said that he allegedly went to the lady ASI’s house on Saturday and tried to molest her.
The alleged worked as driver in the escort vehicle of N Yogish Bhat, deputy speaker of the legislative assembly.
