Doha: Record Turnout for KSQ Blood Donation Camp

Doha, Jul 7: Karnataka Sangha Qatar (KSQ), a socio,cultural and philanthropic organization for expats hailing from the state of Karnataka, organized a blood donation Camp at HMC blood bank recently.

The noble cause recieved a huge response with more than 150 people taking part in it. About 51 donors donated blood on the occassion.
 
Earlier, KSQ president, V S Mannangi, welcomed the donors and other dignitaries. He emphasised on the importance of blood donation and pledged his support for more such humanitarian events in near future. KSQ member Dr Pramod, briefed on blood donation and its imporatance in ones life. KSQ General Secretary Deepak Shetty, proposed the vote of thanks.

Arun Kumar, immediate past president of KSQ, Dr Sanjay Kudari vice-president, KSQ, management committee and members of KSQ, Seetharam Shetty, president, Tulukoota, Ravi Shetty, president Bunts Qatar, Abdulla Monu, president SKMWA, Divakar Poojary, ex-president of Tulukoota, Prakashchandra Ajila, vice-president, Bunts Qatar, Prakash Noronha, general secretary of MCC, Iqbal Manna Social Actvist and many prominent members from Karnataka were present on the occasion.
