Madikeri : ‘Reject Women’s Panel Report on Mangalore Home Stay’

Madikeri, Aug 22 (DHNS) : Bharathiya Mahila Okkuta Kodagu members have urged the State government to reject the report submitted by the State Women’s Commission on Mangalore homestay attack, in front of Deputy Commissioner’s office on Tuesday.

The members submitted a memorandum to the State government through district administration on the occasion.

Okkuta President Alphansa Kuttappan said “the report was prepared by the Women’s Commission with a pre conceived notion. The report is against the interest of the victims.”
The incident should be handed over to the CBI to probe.

The Okkuta members also urged the authorities to distribute ration cards to 37 tribals who are working at Arakadu coffee estate.

Bz this is the most cheapest act done by HJV. This has been repeated twice. So there should be an end for these kind of activities!

Now you can protest against other issues in the country instead of wasting time on commenting here!

My question to them is why cant they protest against all incidents which are not fair. Why they are prejudice about Hindu groups only. Let them show the same kind of sympathy, care for all n not for few people

Why not HJV show their power in Manipal or Bangalore? May not see the day light of tomorrow!! If Manjula & govt support them...end of both cities!! Why some people support criminals to create better culture?

    Mr.Stephen - Mangalore
HJV is active in Kashmir too and they are serving the victims of terrorism over there and for your information the head of HJV, Kashmir was killed by a terrorist for this noble work. Well, this Mahila Okkuta, PFI, KFD n all will come to roads only when there is a allegation against Hindu groups. When some Muslim or Christians are involved in any wrong activities their "bolti bandh ho jaathi hai"

We Mangaloreans salute ‘Bharathiya Mahila Okkuta Kodagu’ members for coming forward to fight the evils of anti-social Goondagiri by rightist radicals against the youth and the women, that too in the name of religion & culture.
I request all the districts of Karnataka and even India to form similar ‘Bharathiya Mahila Okkuta... of, like Mangalore, Bangalore, Mysore, Shimoga, Chikmagalur... and protect their youth and women folks.
Come on GenNext! When rightist leader like Raj Thackeray can do it, you too can!! Please understand, extremism has a very short shelf life and they cause more damage than good.
Come on, DO IT! DO IT!
    Till we change for good,
We change for your bright future,
We change for better tomorrow and
We change for inclusive development & growth.
We the human and the Universe are the creation of the same Creator,
And that is radically bitter but the truth.
    Jai Hind!

    Mr. Avinash, Kasaragod/Bangalore
When our house catches fire, our first preferance is to extinguish the fire, nothing else... Pls don't drag the subject to other corners. Let us fight agaist what went wrong in our city then we will see other parts. By the way HJV Mangalore also can shift their base to Mysore or Kashmir, if they are really concerned about the victims over there.

Well done 'Bharathiya Mahila Okkuta Kodagu members'. Keep up the good work. All the best.
