Mangalore: Mulki Vijaya College Students Demand for Revision of Fee Structure

Mangalore, Aug 25: The All college students union held a protest at Vijaya College, Mulki condemning fee structure regulations of the government pertaining to backward class students here on Friday August 24.
 
It is learnt that the students belonging to the backward class find it difficult to pay the entire fees. In this regard, a protest was held and a procession was led by the students.




















 
Students requested for the revision of fee structure with the higher officials. They demanded that the old fee structure which was in action from 1982 till last year and more beneficial, to be re-implemented.
 
A memorandum was submitted by the students to the officials of Mulki panchayat asking for revival of fee structure.
 
Dinakar Shetty, legal advisor of all college students union, Amith Pai, president of students union, Mulky, Ranjan and students of Vijaya College were part of the protest.
