Miscreants Rob Woman 12 Pawan Gold Jewellery at Belthangady

Belthangady, Aug 25 : On the pretext of asking drinking water, two unidentified miscreants gained entry into a house and decamped with 12 pawan jewellery, at Panakaje, adjacent to National Highway, on Friday.






According to the police, the house belongs to Yakub and Alima couple. The incident occurred when Alima was alone at home.

Two youth, speaking in Beary language entered into the house on the pretext of drinking water. Later, when Alima gave water, one of the youth showed knife at her and demanded 50 pawan jewellery from her. Later, they decamped with 12 pawan gold jewellery. A case has been registered.
