Mangalore, Aug 28: Sachin Acharya was elected as the president of Padumarnadu Yuvaka Mandala and Asha Shetty as president of Prajna Yuvathi Mandala for the year 2012-2013.
The election was conducted under the guidance of Bharath K Shetty.
Santhosh Kotian and Dinesh S Shetty as vice-president, Suresh Poojary as secretary were the other elected members.
The following were the elected members of Prajna Yuvathi Mandala; Reshma as vice-president, Sahana as secretary, Deepika Shetty as joint secretary, Mohini D Shetty as treasurer, Sushma as sports secretary, Vasanthi as cultural secretary, association secretaries – Chandrika, Reshma and Neethi Shetty, advisory secretaries – Pramila J, Roopa Rekha and Vidya Hegde.
Damodar K, former president, A Yathindra from commercial tax office were present.
