Mangalore: Traffic Restrictions in City for Dasara Procession

Mangalore, Oct 24: Traffic restrictions have been imposed for the smooth flow of Dasara procession in the city.

The Kudroli Dasara procession will be taken from Kudroli Sri Gokarnatheshwara temple at 4 pm on Wednesday October 24. The restrictions will be in place from 3 pm.

The procession will be taken through Mannagudde, PVS, Navabharat Circle, K S Rao Road, Ganapati High School Road, Mohini Vilas, Om Mahal junction, Car Street, Lower Car Street, New Chitra and Alake and will culminate in Kudroli where the idol will be immersed.

All buses and vehicles passing from Kottara Chowki, Ladyhill will now reach city from Kuntikan-Nanthoor. All vehicles plying towards Kottara, Kuntican, Bajpe, Udupi, Karkal will now head towards Nanthoor from Bunts Hostel and move to their respective destinations via national highway.
