Moodbidri: Annual Feast Celebrated at St Ignatius Loyola Church, Paladka

Moodbidri, Oct 25: The Christopher Association of St Ignatius Loyola Church, Paladka celebrated its annual feast on  Sunday, the October 21 after the morning mass at the church ground.

The association members with its president Alwyn D'Souza in the lead participated in the liturgy and in the mass offerings.

After the mass the parish priest Fr Gilbert D'Souza blessed the vehicles.  Andrew D'Souza, vice President  and Victor Kadandale, the secretary of the  Parish Pastoral Parishad were the chief Guests on the occasion.

While Alwyn D'Souza, the president of the association welcomed the parishioners and guests. Andrew D'Souza in his address informed that the association is successfully functioning for the past 12 years and has grown up strong and have delivered the good to the society, he observed.

Nearly 100 vehicles were present with its owners/drivers . Victor Kadandale, secretary of the association delivered the vote of thanks and the programme was compered by Victor D'Souza of the Church Gate. 

Coffee and snacks were served for the attendees. The sunday was also celebrated as Resurrection Day of our Lord Jesus and also Mission Sunday.
