Bantwal: Head-on Collision - Bus, Car Damaged

Bantwal, Oct 30:
A head-on collision between a bus and a car was reported at Maira of Kepu village near here on Monday October 29.

Praveen was the bus driver and Ganesh the car driver.

The car was plying to Vittal from Perla.

The front portions of both the vehicles were damaged in the incident, but no injuries were reported.
 
Reckless driving by the bus driver is said to have been the cause for the accident.

A case has been registered in the Vittal police station.

    Sir,

    Accidents are increasing. One of the reasons I observe is rash driving by almost all. I suggest police to control the situation by penalising rash drivers.
