Since many parties having cadres, it is important for Congress also to revive SEVA DAL, grass root level party workers forum, who take parties ideology and performance to the people and take peoples problems to the elected leaders. They stand behind their leaders and lend support.
In today's scenario, without active/collective work force, no party can survive!
