Moodbidri: Stalls and Solemnity Enthrall Parishioners at Corpus Christi Feast

Moodbidri, Nov 29: The parish feast of Corpus Christi Church was celebrated on November 28 with festal joy and conventional solemnity.

The solemn Eucharistic celebration started at 10:15 am.  Fr Joseph Martis, the rector of St Joseph's Seminary, Mangalore was the main celebrant and the preacher.


 
There were 18 priests of the Moodbidri Varado and guest priests concelebrated along with V. Rev. Fr Austin Peter Peres, the Parish Priest and the Vicar Vara of Moodbidri Varado.
 
At 10:00 am. the donors and well wishers were honored traditionally by giving them the candles.
 
ICYM had put up stalls with lucky and fun games.
