Pune, Dec 3 : Mangalorean Hotelier Santosh Shetty escaped unhurt when two unknown gunmen fired at him at Karve Nagar area in the city today, police said.
Santosh Shetty (36), native of Mangalore was sitting at his Prithvi Hotel, located near Dahanukar Circle, when two bike-borne persons fired a round at him, they said.
"We are investigating the incident. One shot was fired at Santosh Shetty. We have recovered the bullet from the hotel. We have registered a case against two unknown motorcyclist under section 307 of IPC," Assistant Police Inspector G R Inamdar said.
