Abu Dhabi's Crown Prince Visits Hospitalised Girl

Abu Dhabi, Dec 25 (IANS/WAM): In a compassionate gesture, Abu Dhabi's crown prince General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Monday visited an 11 year-old-girl who is receiving treatment for brain cancer at Khalifa Medical City hospital here.

Safia Mohammed Al Katheri wished to meet Sheikh Mohammed through Make-A-Wish Foundation, Abu Dhabi, which seeks to make wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions come true.

During the visit, Sheikh Mohammed was apprised about the girl's health condition and treatment and arrangements being made to send her abroad for treatment.
