Dubai, March 7 (IANS/WAM): Women leaders, ministers, academics and entrepreneurs have gathered in Dubai for the 16th Global Women Leaders Conference (Woibex).
One of the main events will be the release of the "Top 100 GCC Women Leaders of Tomorrow" list as part of celebrations of 103 years of the International Women's Day.
The two-day conference opened with a presentation by UN Resident Coordinator in the UAE, Qatar and Oman, Paolo Lembo.
The annual conference aims at connecting and inspiring women executives, business managers, professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders from the region and the world.
The conference will conclude with the announcement of the winners of the 12th Middle East Women Leaders Award.
