Nice points SRIDHAR SHETTY, DOHA would havebeen better if you add 2 more points 1. STRESS 2. Sedentary life style lack of exercise These 2 points are the main causes of Youngsters getting heart attack .The subject is very very Vast .I would give one very very important Vital clue to be followed by everybody in case they get a Heart attack which can save Life .That is very simple .The Moment you get a Chest pain that increases with exercise and stops with rest get an Heart check up done .A simple ECG or Stress test can detect that this person might get heart attack .Never Continue to Drive when you get a Chest pain STOP and take rest

May Nawaz's soul RIP. Roshan bro, I agree with your views overall! But there are many other medical conditions for sudden cardiac related deaths in young adults!! I was surprised to read yesterday somewhere that in a latest study scientists have found clear evidence of hardened arteries in mummified bodies leading them to believe that even at those primitive times people suffered from cardiac problems!!

With due respect to all the precautions and medical checkups etc. but still there is no single minute guarantee even a medically certified fit man will not suddenly collapse and die of cardiac arrest!!

There was a recent case of a 42 year interventional cardiologist in reputed hospitals in Mumbai and a professor of cardiology who was a staunch vegetarian, teetotaler, and fitness freak, medically fit who suddenly collapsed and died instantaneously of cardiac arrest! Around the same time some 3-4 doctors less than 50 have had sudden deaths due to heart failure!!

The biggest risk factor is genetic predisposition which nobody has control upon!!!Stress is the biggest risk factor, much more potent than any other!!

The body is a very very complex mechanism and at what time/juncture all the risk factors will get together and induce a heart attack, nobody knows!!

Young soul and untimely demise. My truthful condolences to the bereaved Nawaz's and Joseph's family members. I assure my Heavenly prayers. Let us not forget that we are from one Eternal God and we are to God a day.

Through death God our only beloved Savior takes us to eternal life. When we are in this world, God wants us to love each other and all the things which He created. We should work sincerely and lead a good life through which we can prepare ourselves for our own death.

May Nawazs and Joseph's young souls RIP Amen.

We live in such a world , real lemon is used in finger bowl , and concentrated unhealthy lemon flavour for drinking purpose. peaple like soft drinks just becoz celebraties promote it. Lifestyle too , such a dead lines , pressure to perform . It looks as if everyone wants to be best to please other. Chillax , what we need is to take a break . JUST TO BE YOURSELF AND STOP PLEASING OTHERS. DO WHAT YOU LOVE AND LIVE AS USUAL. Next time when someone wants to evaluate you by performence , IGNORE them with your smile. Very sad about young soul , May his soul RIP.

It is seen mostly the younger generations and their living style and their eating habits is the main culprit behind these kind of diseases and its sudden deaths.A regular i,e atleast 6 months once a complete blood check ups will help while controlling our unseen silent diseases to an extent.'May their soul rest in peace'.
