Jeddah: ATS lift Yadgaar Cricket Trophy

Jeddah, Mar 19: 'Yadgaar Trohphy 2013' was organized recently by Target Guy Cricket Club, Jeddah in honour of Mohammed Shareef Padubidre, who has completed 21 years in cricket as an umpire.

During his two-decade career, he has officiated in a 1000 matches as umpire in Jeddah.

Altogether, 16 teams participated in the knockout tournament that was held at Red Sea Mall Ground, Jeddah.

After a tough round of matches,  ATS and Malay qualified for the finals. ATS won the trophy by defeating Malay by 29 runs in a keenly fought match.


Individual trophies:

Best Batsman: Sadaf (ATS)
Best Bowler: Ravi (Malay)
Best Keeper: Riyaz (ATS)
Man of the match final: Shamsu (ATS)
Man of the tournament: Sharfraz (Malay)
Best Captain: Ismail (ATS)
