Mangalore, Mar 26: Haji J Mohammed Jokatte has been appointed as the vice president for the Dakshina Kannada district congress unit.

J Mohammed has rendered his service sincerely in various positions in congress party and now the appointment of Mohammed as vice president has strengthened the party in a greater way.

Having served as a former member of KPCC, Haji K Mohammed is also the president of Noorani Jumma Masjid in Jokatte and is the treasurer of Anjuman Khawatul Islam committee, Jokatte.
