Mysore, Apr 5: Infant Jesus shrine Pushpashrama, was shining with candle lights on the Easter vigil on March 30.
"We are 'Alleluia Christians' ", was the theme at the Easter vigil mass.
Fr Alfred Menezes was the main celebrant during the mass while,Fr Vijay preached a meaningful homily.
"Easter is a promise which God renews to us each spring. The spirit of Easter is all about hope, love and joyful living. The Lord came to earth with a life to give, so each one of us may continue to live," was the message delievered to all attendees.
The easter candle exultet was proclaimed by Fr Walter Dsouza. The choir sang together with Fr Joe, rector and concelebrants along with 'hens'eggs wishing all the parishners a blessed Easter.
The priests along with the concelebrants proclaiming the word of God hoped everyone with the promise of Easter and spread the word of joy and peace.
