Kundapur: Lorry transporting coal topples near Trasi

Kundapur, Apr 10: A truck transporting coal toppled near Trasi, NH 66, on Tuesday April 9 at around 1 am.

The truck was plying from Panamboor to Bagalkote.

The driver Shubhan Mulla (24), son of Kasim Sabmulla, who sustained head injuries was immediately taken to a private hospital in Kundapur. He was later shifted to Wenlock, Mangalore. Cleaner Manthesh luckily managed to escape without any injury. Traffic remains affected.

A case has been registered in Gangolli police station.
