Udupi, Jun 7: The feast of Sacred Heart of Jesus was celebrated at Kolalgiri Parish. The high mass which was led by Fr Vincent D’souza, OCD parish priest of St Antony Church, Koteshwar.
During the homily, Fr George Santhumayar, superior of Infant Jesus Shrine and Carmel Convent, Koteshwar said, "We should become hearts of Jesus Christ. Each one of us should change our heart into Jesus Christ heart by loving and forgiving each other”.
Fr Stany B Lobo, dean of Kallianpur Deanery and rector of Milagres Cathedral blessed and inaugurated Infant Jesus shrine.
The annual magazine ‘Kalzachim Kirnam‘ was released by Fr George Santhumayar during the small formal function followed by the mass.
At the end of the mass, parish priest Fr Wilfred Frank thanked the people and wished all the parishioners and well wishers. He called upon to continue to keep the faith strong.
