M'lore: Dr Charles Furtado elected president of AET

Mangalore, Jul 2: Dr Charles V Furtado, associate professor of English, St Aloysius Evening College here, has been elected president of the Association of English Teachers (AET) for the next two years.

Devaraje Gowda, Government First Grade College, Virajpet, has been elected vice-president while T P Baburaj, SMS College, Brahmavar, Shanthi Roche, Canara College, and Dr Sandhya R Nambiar, MGM College, Udupi, have been elected secretary, treasurer and joint secretary respectively.
