Kaargod, Jul 6: The body of Abubakker (35) from Moosodi, Uppal Gate in the district was recently found hanging at his rented room in Muscat. Post mortem was conducted in a hospital in Oman, and his body was brought to his hometown.
The body was cremated in the compound of Kunnil mosque at Uppala. Abubakker, who had visited his native place four months, had gone back.
The family members, who say that there was no reason for Abubakker to commit suicide, have expressed suspicion about his unnatural death. They have demanded for thorough inquiry into his death to rule out foul play.
