Mangalore, Jul 19: "An infertility camp will be conducted from July 22 to August 3 at the OBG OPD premises of the A J Institute of Medical Sciences, Kuntikana, Mangalore," said Dr Latha Sharma HOD of obstetrics and gynaecology at the press club on July 19.
"The camp aims at extending free consultation, basic investigations and ultrasound scans to infertile couples. Such treatments are generally expensive," she added.
The representative stated that the camps are being conducted so that the treatmeant may reach to the maximum. These free camps being held at regular intervals will be guided by the head Dr Latha and a team of experienced doctors in order to treat appropriate patients.
Dr Vatsala Kamath was also present at the press meet.
