Karkala: Heavy rains lead to wall collapse

Karkala, Jul 20: The heavy rains late night on Friday July 19 damaged a house in Hanchikatte.

The house belongs to Mohammed Saliya and intense rain led to the wall of the house collapsing and fell into the well along with the motor pump.

The loss is estimated at Rs 3 lac. Thasildar Nirmaladevi and revenue officers visited the spot.
