Bantwal: 20-year-old youth dies in accident

Bantwal, Aug 4: A 20-year-old youth was killed on spot after his bike collided with a truck near Mittur in Puttur on Saturday August 3.

The deceased has been identified as Pradeep (20), son of Sankappa Gowda from Surya.

The mishap occurred when Pradeep was moving from Kabaka to Mittur and his bike rammed the truck which was plying from Mani.

It is learnt that Pradeep suffered serious injuries and died on the way to hospital.

As per the information obtained, Pradeep had completed ITI studies and was in search of job.

Vittal police visited the spot and registered a case.
